Website Security
We take the security of data and communication very seriously and ensure everything is suitably protected in a way which complies to all UK national laws and requirements for user privacy. All communication with the website is encrypted using an SSL certificate (2048bit SHA-256 With RSA Encryption) and performed over HTTPS. It scores Grade A status on Qualys SSL Labs.
What is Stored?
Safeplace 24 Apps:
The Safeplace 24 apps do not collect, store or share any information with us or third parties (other than the required communication between the user and the relevant app store). We want the app to be entirely usable by anyone in any location, whether they have access to the internet or not. This is why the app does not communicate with our servers at all and can run completely stand-alone. This also makes it appropriate for children to install and use.
Safeplace 24 Website:
As with all websites, access to this site is logged to help keep it secure and monitor usage to ensure that the site is functioning properly and efficiently. We do not collect any personal information from users and do not require a login in order to use the basic features.
